Chef Eddy began his journey in the early 80's. Owning his own restaurants left him free to do what he does best. Creating his own style. The basis of Chef Eddy's style is Italian and French. Italian from his adopted family in Newark who were first generation from Sicily.

 

His earliest culinary tutelage came from a French Chef who took Eddy under his wing at the The Hunt Club in Pennsylvania. Mix in Spanish from his days at Don Pepe's and there you have his style. An artist in the purest form of the the word. Blending flavors flawlessly.
